Jassim Alseddiqi is the Chief Executive Officer of ADFG. He has been at the helm of the company since its establishment in 2011, transforming it into one of the leading and fastest growing investment management companies in the MENA region. Alseddiqi is known for his dynamic and innovative approach, having pioneered investment strategies in the region.
Alseddiqi is the Chairman of Gulf Finance House (GFH), Eshraq Investments, Khaleeji Commercial Bank and the Entertainer. He also serves on the boards of the following companies: First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) and Abu Dhabi Capital Group, ADNOC Distribution and Dana Gas.
Alseddiqi holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MSc in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University. He has also served as a noted lecturer at the Abu Dhabi-based Petroleum Institute.
Dr Al Hashemi has a wealth of experience from working in senior leadership positions across businesses, government and academia. Most recently, he was the Executive Director of Infrastructure and Environment at the General Secretariat of Abu Dhabi’s Executive Council.
Throughout his experience he has been leading innovative projects that include research and innovation centers. Currently, he holds the positions of Chief Executive Officer of Algorythma and Managing Director of Krypto Labs, which deals and incubates disruptive technologies.
Dr Al Hashemi holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Tufts University in the United States and has been published in leading journals.
Ajit Vijay Joshi is an investment director at ADCM Altus Investment Management Ltd, which is an ADFG company and Goldilocks Investment Company Limited’s (“Goldilocks”) investment manager. Joshi has been with ADFG since August 2014 and has over 12 years of professional experience in technology consulting, equity research, investment banking and investment management.
Joshi currently manages Goldilocks, an investment fund launched in 2015. Goldilocks has a mandate to invest in listed equities with a long-term goal by taking a constructive activist role in listed companies to unlock value.
Prior to his current role, Joshi led the capital markets and advisory team at Integrated Capital, and was instrumental in establishing Integrated Capital’s advisory and execution business. He also worked with Bank Muscat’s investment banking team where he advised and executed equity and debt advisory transactions across GCC’s petrochemicals, contracting, oil & gas services, marine and hospitality sectors.
Joshi holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science and holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management Lucknow.
Jasim Al Ali brings years of experience and knowledge in property development and management to his role as the Chief Executive Officer of FAB Properties and Mismak Properties, where he is constantly exploring ways to enhance client experience, alongside growing the business.
An outstanding strategic thinker, Jasim has demonstrated a passion for service excellence in his role as the Head of Real Estate at First Abu Dhabi Bank, and now brings his exceptional brand of leadership to FAB Properties and Mismak Properties.
In addition to his management and executive positions, Jasim has been a non-Executive Independent Director of SHUAA Capital PSC since 2017, ESHRAQ and is the Vice Chairman of the Emirates Institute for Banking and Financial Studies (EIBFS). He also serves as a Board Member for FAB Islamic.
Prior to joining FAB Properties, Jasim held several key positions across major real estate companies in the UAE, most notably at Dubai Properties Group (DPG). As part of DPG, he has achieved significant successes as Executive Director of Salwan Property Management, and as Vice President of Dubai Asset Management.
Along with years of experience in the sector, Jasim also holds several educational degrees from prominent institutions in the US and UK, including an MBA from the University of Leicester, UK.
Shafiq is the Chairman and CEO of City Engineering & Contracting LLC, one of the largest contracting companies based in Dubai and Sharjah since 1999.
Shafiq is also the CEO of City Plaza Real Estate and City Living Property, which develops high-status residential buildings.
Shafiq has a good understanding and experience of project design to take the best decisions to minimise the construction material costs and identify efficient building processes.
Previously, Shafiq was one of the biggest developer in Sharjah designing a line of residential building with high quality finishing and attention to details.
Shafiq holds a BSc in Civil Engineer and MSc in Civil Engineering from New York, USA.
Fraih Saeed Helal Al Qubaisi is considered one of the youth entrepreneurs’ generation that is contributing significantly to the development of the United Arab Emirates.
Al Qubaisi’s many achievements have contributed to serve the nation through his career progression within the Government sector of more than twenty years.
He has distinguished managerial experience across several sectors, including property development, finance, business and technology.

Al Qubaisi always endeavours to support youth entrepreneurs who are passionate about entering the business and gaining experience, by training local young people and helping them to qualify and become future entrepreneurs.
Al Qubaisi holds a B.Sc. in Police & Law Sciences from the College of Police in Abu Dhabi.
Natasha is a Director at Integrated Alternative Finance Ltd (IAF), a wholly-owned subsidiary and the principal debt investment platform of Abu Dhabi Financial Group. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi listed property developer Eshraq Investments PJSC.
At IAF, Natasha leads the investment team and is responsible for the origination, structuring and execution of ADFG’s debt investments in the Middle East including last mile financing for property developers, acquisition financing for financial sponsors, mezzanine financing and subordinated debt. Natasha has structured over USD7bn in real estate financing, including last mile financing for Balqis Residences on the Palm Jumeirah and a GBP100m listed Eurobond for the Broadway development in London.
Prior to joining ADFG in 2014, Natasha was part of the Corporate Finance and Debt Advisory team at Deloitte Corporate Finance Advisory in Dubai, where she had broad experience across a range of advisory services and sectors including education, logistics, energy and real estate. She advised GEMS Education on its equity disposal to Fajr Capital, Blackstone and Mumtalakat in 2014 as well as raising US$ 265 million sale & lease backs and US$ 200 million hybrid Sukuk offering in 2013. Natasha has also advised on a 100% debt-financed acquisition of shipping assets through senior and mezzanine financing and assisted a US based marine renewable energy company on raising project finance for the development of its projects.
Natasha holds an MSc in Physics and Mathematics from the University of Bristol in the UK with a year at University of Bologna, Italy.
